A flow class with lots of exploration of your body. We will work on building strength and flexibility, all while exploring your edge and of course having fun! In my class you can expect to be challenged in a healthy and safe way, exploring the spine, building safe alignment and creating a deeper connection to your practice. Each time will be different as our bodies need different poses for different days, so expect lots of variety!

Please bring your own mats, and blocks if they have them (not needed but can enhance the practice) :)
